To create an environment for military cooperation and confidence building on maritime security and arrange win－win cooperation measures concerning cyber security， which is a sensitive issue for nations.
To seek military cooperation measures for the international community’s energy security in a situation where energy security crisis in the Middle East is unfolding， and discuss defense cooperation measures to prevent evolving violent extremism.
To discuss defense cooperation at the regional level for international peacekeeping activities and examine efficient ways to utilize civil－military assets for large－scale disasters. |
